Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract: Kinerja karyawan belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, hal ini disebabkan adanya karyawan front office dan F&B yang saat bekerja tidak berada ditempat, pergi keluar hotel dan baru kembali saat akan mengambil absen pulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis displin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
