Abstract: Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih banyaknya masyarakat angkatan kerja di Kabupaten Subang yang menjadi pengangguran. Tuntutan dunia kerja akan tenaga terampil mendorong pencari kerja untuk mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja non formal untuk menambah keterampilan dan keahlian mereka.
