“…Vyšší pravděpodobnost naplnění byla zjištěna u slibů premiérské strany, při zanesení slibu do koaliční smlouvy nebo pokud slib spadal do kompetence ministerstva, které bylo slibující straně při-děleno [Thomson 2001;Schermann, Ennser-Jedenastik 2012].
