Abstract.The work presents the analysis of the influence of the ideological paradigms of technology in solving environmental problems in the conditions of modernization of production, where a significant role is given to the protection and preservation of the natural environment and the protection of the rights of a citizen to a favourable environment. The attention is focused on the fact that in a civilized society, the needs of the individual and society are formed within the right social and cultural fields. The main importance of the regulation of everyday reality allotted to the phenomenon of law as a certain ideological paradigm. Stressed that at different stages in the coexistence of ideology and power detected General forms and principles of their influence on social practices, and on consciousness. The article substantiates the position that any interaction of subjects of economic activities leads to the existence of "constructive tension".

Abstract. The article reviews the issues of environmental and economic efficiency of the comprehensive technology of removing sulphur and nitrogen oxides and mercury from flue gases. The purpose of the study is to justify the choice of the methods for the analysis of environmental and economic effectiveness of the designed air protection activities and to perform a number of calculations. The article analyses main processing methods for reducing the concentration of sulfur and nitrogen oxides in the flue gases from the combustion of coal fuels, thus generating maximum ecological and economic benefits. The main result of the work is development of the adapted system of technical, environmental and economic indicators characterizing the high efficiency of the proposed technical solutions. The results of the study can be recommended to heating enterprises in support of effective environment-friendly management decisions justifying implementation of appropriate flue gas cleaning technologies.

The paper presents the analysis of the relationship between human and society in conditions of social transformation that threatens uncertainty when one is trying to build his life without any tension.The attention is focused on the fact that in the process of human interaction and society in the modern world, man is in a state of two mutually exclusive modes of existence: extreme individualism and the presence of a deep state of depersonalization of the individual. The first leads to narcissism and egocentrism, the other to the loss of the image of their holistic selves, status, apathy, mental anemia, disorientation and helplessness. In this situation, the shift in social theory from the task of protecting people from the dominant forces of society to its opposite, when a private hijacks public space. The article substantiates the position that modern man, cultivating for himself "game" attitude towards life loses its values of integrity, hinging only in its individuality. In contrast, the role of tolerance, namely, it is possible to prevent the disintegration of personality through the mechanisms of its retention in the framework of "permissible" and "accepted". Determined that assuming freedom of choice, tolerance, through dialogue with the "Other" is aimed at the personification of personality. The desire to understand the other does not allow the dialogue to turn into another imposing of their beliefs, for it involves the representation of the understanding.
