Objetivo: identificar quais os métodos estatísticos mais utilizados nos estudos de validação clínica de diagnósticos de enfermagem. Metodologia: optou-se por seguir as etapas descritas por Whittemore para revisão de literatura. A busca deu-se, nas bases de dados Medline, Lilacs e Cinahl. Resultados: observa-se a predominância de estudos de acurácia diagnóstica com análise de classes latentes. Discussão: Novos métodos de validação clínica de diagnósticos de enfermagem têm sido propostos e incluem técnicas estatísticas avançadas, entre eles estão os estudos de acurácia diagnóstica, o que corrobora os resultados encontrados. Conclusões: Estudos de acurácia constituem um método capaz de classificar corretamente os indivíduos com ou sem um diagnóstico de enfermagem. A análise de classes latentes tem sido utilizada por vários pesquisadores da temática nos dias atuais.

Aim: to identify educational strategies used in the training of nurses regarding the process of nursing involving standardized language systems. Method: this is an integrative review of the relevant literature, performed using the following databases: MEDLINE, via PUBMED; CINAHL; SCOPUS; and LILACS. Results: six papers were selected. The main features of such papers were: the use of a practical guide, workshops, study groups, recording using standardized instruments, discussion of studies based on fictitious and real cases, theoretical-practical classes using clinical cases, and guided clinical reasoning. Discussion: the knowledge produced regarding the strategies used to train nurses about the nursing process – with or without standardized language systems – reinforced the importance of such strategies to produce clearer recorded information, as seen in four clinical studies and two descriptive ones. Conclusion: educational strategies involving standardized language systems in the training of nurses promote development in the implementation of nursing processes.

OBJECTIVE Validate the sexual dysfunction nursing diagnosis in pregnant women. METHODS Cross‐sectional research using Richard Fehring's Clinical Diagnostic Validity Model. FINDINGS The prevalence of diagnosis was 48.7% in a sample of 306 pregnant women. A total of 14 defining characteristics were validated: seven major and seven minor. Seeks confirmation of desirability had the highest sensitivity value and decrease in sexual desire had the highest specificity value. The total score was 0.79. CONCLUSIONS The diagnosis was validated in this sample. IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE The prevalence of the diagnosis is a requirement for effective intervention. Validation in different social and cultural contexts would increase the clinical evidence of this diagnosis. OBJETIVO Validar o diagnóstico de enfermagem disfunção sexual em mulheres grávidas. MÉTODOS Estudo transversal, segundo o modelo de validação clínica de Richard Fehring. RESULTADOS A prevalência foi de 48,7%em306gestantes. Um total de 14 características definidoras foram validadas: sete principais e sete secundárias. A característica definidora procura de confirmação de desejabilidade foi a mais sensível e a diminuição do desejo sexual, a mais específica. O score total do diagnóstico foi 0,79. CONCLUSÕES O diagnóstico foi validado nesta amostra. IMPLICAÇÕES PARA A PRÁTICA A prevalência do diagnóstico apela à intervenção de enfermagem efetiva. Estudos de validação em diferentes contextos sociais e culturais poderão contribuir para a melhoria da evidência científica do diagnóstico.
