This study aims to analyze the implementation of an organizational culture that is applied and the expected Bandung Polytechnic LP3I in four years to come, through OCAI profile mapping method to obtain the organizational culture profile Bandung Polytechnic LP3I current of the order of the highest to the lowest impact. Mixed data retrieval technique that is parallel both quantitative and qualitative. Where quantitative and qualitative data collected in the same time and analyzed to complement each other. The results of the training needs analysis based on gap indicates that the required training, organizational culture oriented to improving the market and adhocracy organizational culture.

Purpose: This study investigated beliefs about the physical education (PE) profession of Chinese preservice physical education teachers (PPETs). Methods: Chinese PPETs (N = 660) from six universities participated in the study. Data were collected using a prevalidated survey—a scale of measuring Chinese PPETs’ beliefs about the PE profession, which consists of two domains: a sense of calling and the value of the PE profession. Analysis of variance and multivariate analysis of variance were used to examine the differences in overall beliefs and the two subdomains by gender and year in college, respectively. Results: The overall beliefs were positive. The sense of calling and value of the PE profession varied significantly by the year in college. Senior students had the lowest score in value of the PE profession, whereas sophomores showed the lowest score in sense of calling. Conclusions: PE teacher education programs had limited effects on changing Chinese PPET beliefs about the PE profession.

Bu çalışma 21-24 Mart 2019 tarihinde Manisa' da düzenlenen, II. Dünya Spor Bilimleri Araştırmaları Kongresinde poster bildiri olarak sunulmuştur. Öz Bu çalışmanın amacı, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenliği bölümü öğrencilerinin, beden eğitimi öğretmenliği mesleğine yönelik tutumlarının cinsiyet, yaş ve sınıf düzeyi değişkenleri açısından araştırılmasıdır. Araştırmaya 2017-2018 öğretim yılında Amasya Üniversitesi, Eğitim Fakültesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor öğretmenliği Bölümünde öğrenim gören 54 kadın, 87 erkek öğrenci olmak üzere toplam 141 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler "Kişisel Bilgi Formu" ve Ünlü (2011) tarafından geliştirilen Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenliği Mesleğine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği (BEÖYTÖ) kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, bağımsız gruplarda t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve LSD Post Hoc. Testleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın güvenirlik katsayısı .86 olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen analiz sonuçlarına göre, beden eğitimi öğretmenliği mesleğine yönelik tutum ile cinsiyet ve yaş değişkenleri açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark yoktur (p>0.05). Buna karşın, öğrencilerin beden eğitimi öğretmenliği mesleğine yönelik tutumları ile sınıf düzeyi değişkeni arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur (p<0.05). BEÖYTÖ'nün değerlendirme ölçütlerine göre, öğrencilerin beden eğitimi öğretmenliği mesleğine yönelik tutum puanları yüksek bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak, öğrencilerin beden eğitimi öğretmenliği mesleğine yönelik tutumlarının cinsiyet ve yaş açısından değişmediği, ancak 1 ve 3. sınıf öğrencilerinin, 2 ve 4. sınıf öğrencilerine göre mesleklerine yönelik daha yüksek düzeyde tutuma sahip olduğu söylenebilir.
