Fatores de motivação e insatisfação no trabalho do enfermeiro

Abstract: Identificou-se fatores de motivação e insatisfação no trabalho do enfermeiro nas instituições de saúde de Aracaju, com ênfase na remuneração e condições laborais. A amostra foi constituída de 10% dos enfermeiros lotados em cada unidade de saúde pesquisada. Percebeu-se que a remuneração não é o fator principal para a motivação no trabalho, sendo, entretanto, um dos fatores de insatisfação mais citados, antecedido pelas condições de trabalho.
