Forest Register 45 Mesuji Lampung: Agrarian Conflict, Social Exclusion and Human Rights Violations

Abstract: ○ Investors who exploit natural resources have the right to obtain benefits equal to the benefits obtained by government and indigenous peoples. • The EIA process must include all of these three groups of stakeholders if it is to be effective.
