Abstract: Latar Belakang. Mahasiswa kedokteran membutuhkan kebugaran fisik yang baik dalam menunjang aktivitas perkuliahan. Jadwal perkuliahan yang padat memicu mahasiswa jarang berolahraga. Inaktivitas menyebabkan penurunan kebugaran fisik, salah satunya kekuatan otot yang berguna dalam menunjang aktivitas harian.
