Pregnant women are included in a group that is vulnerable to COVID-19. The maternal mortality rate in Karawang Regency had touched the highest data in West Java in 2021 as many as 117 cases, with 48 cases (41%) of deaths caused by Covid-19. The low number of vaccinations for pregnant women at the Cilamaya Health Center at dose 1 was 54 people (41.17%), dose 2 was 30 people (22%), and dose 3 was 20 people (14.7%). This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and the participation of pregnant women in the covid-19 vaccination program, the relationship between family support and the participation of pregnant women in the covid-19 program, and the relationship between anxiety and the participation of pregnant women in the covid-19 program at the Cilamaya Health Center. This research is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this research is 117 pregnant women, taking the total sampling. The instrument for data collection is the Observation Sheet. Data analysis used the Chi-square statistical test with an α value of 5% (α = 0.05). Based on statistical tests, there is a relationship between knowledge of pregnant women p-value 0.003<0.05, a relationship between family support p-value 0.00 <0.001, and no relationship to anxiety p-value 0.406 > 0.05. A significant relationship exists between the mother's knowledge and family support in participating in the Covid-19 vaccination program at the Cilamaya Health Center. It is hoped that pregnant women who have not participated in the Covid-19 vaccination can participate in the Covid-19 vaccine.

Berbagai upaya World Health Organisation (WHO) untuk menekan jumlah korban COVID-19 secara global telah dilakukan. Banyak peneliti yang berusaha mengembangkan vaksin dari virus ini, tetapi vaksin yang berhasil dibuat dinilai masih belum sepenuhnya dapat menghentikan pandemi ini. Upaya pemerintah Republik Indonesia yang telah dilakukan untuk mempercepat pemulihan kondisi pandemi menjadi endemi dimana vaksin COVID-19 telah didistribusikan hingga pelaksanaan vaksinasi dosis penguatan (booster). Namun dengan beredarnya berbagai berita negatif terkait vaksin COVID-19 dan perkembangan virus yang terus bermutasi ini mempengaruhi penerimaan dan kesediaan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga dan persepsi masyarakat tentang vaksinasi dosis penguatan terhadap varian COVID-19. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan snowball sampling, dengan jumlah sebanyak 317 responden. Setelah dilakukan analisa data, diperoleh hasil bahwa masyarakat memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik (78,5%), tingkat dukungan keluarga yang baik (94%) dalam melakukan vaksinasi dan memiliki persepsi positif (99,7%) terhadap vaksinasi dosis penguatan varian COVID-19. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk mencapai keberhasilan dan tindak lanjut strategi pemulihan kondisi kearah yang lebih baik.

The Covid 19 vaccination is still a matter of pros and cons in society, giving rise to doubts among them about being able to receive it. including the effectiveness of the vaccine itself. Education and support from the family greatly influences a person's ability to receive the Covid 19 vaccination. This research aims to determine the determinants of the Covid 19 vaccination status of the community in the Walantaka Health Center working area, Serang City, Banteh Province in 2023. The method uses quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study used a two-proportion difference hypothesis test formula with the minimum number of samples obtained being multiplied by two to 146. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing used a multiple logistic regression test. The results of the bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between education, knowledge, attitudes and family support and Covid 19 vaccination coverage. Meanwhile, those that were not related were the variables age and beliefs. Multivariate analysis shows that family support is the dominant variable in Covid 19 vaccination coverage. Conclusions and Suggestions. Most respondents took the vaccine twice, because they were of a non-vulnerable age, low education and knowledge, beliefs, negative attitudes and received family support for the Covid 19 vaccine. There is a significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes and family support and Covid 19 vaccination coverage. Family support is the most dominant and has a 6,781 times chance of successful Covid 19 vaccination coverage compared to those who do not receive support. It is hoped that the Community Health Center can provide education and understanding about Covid 19 vaccination, either through individual, family, group and community outreach, as well as encouraging the public to maintain health protocols not only to reduce the possibility of contracting Covid 19 but also other infectious diseases.
