Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Stres Kerja Dengan Kinerja Perawat

Abstract: Sumber daya manusia terbanyak yang berinteraksi secara langsung dengan pasien adalah perawat, sehingga kualitas pelayanan yang dilaksanakan oleh perawat dapat dinilai sebagai salah satu indikator baik atau buruknya kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit.
