The relationship between religion and education in the Minahasa community still receives inadequate attention. One local wisdom that has experienced degradation of its noble values over the years is the mapalus culture. Therefore, it is imperative to construct and manage Christian Religious Education (CRE) in Minahasa due to its ability to properly accommodate religious values and issues or local culture. This study tries to determine the right management values in mapalus culture that can contribute to CRE development in Minahasa. Data were descriptively collected from articles, books, and interview information from community leaders. The result showed that solidarity and discipline management are elements of mapalus that have the potential to be synergized with CRE management.Contribution: The research's main contribution is to offer mapalus values to the CRE management development. This finding could be a formula for other context and future agenda that could bring together education, religion and culture

Tomohon is one of the tourist city destinations in North Sulawesi Province has a high potential to be developed. Restaurant Tax is a tax whose existence is essential as a source of Original Local Government Revenue (PAD). The restaurant tax revenue target consistently increases every year, and the realization of restaurant tax revenue has not fully met the set target. The difference between the realization of restaurant tax revenues and the target of restaurant tax revenues indicates that the potential has not been optimally explored. This study aimed to analyze the implementation and potential contribution of the Restaurant Tax in Tomohon. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method and implementation analysis. The analysis results show that the potential value of Restaurant Tax is substantial compared to the realization of Restaurant Tax receipts. This difference shows that the actual potential is also immense. However, the local government has not explored it optimally. The implementation of the Restaurant Tax shows that the collection and management of the Restaurant Tax in Tomohon have not gone well. The analysis results show that the restaurant tax potential affects Tomohon's PAD.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kebijakan Kamtivas diterapkan di Desa Jatikalang Krian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya adalah 1) pemerintah desa dan Bhabinkamtima tidak mengkomunikasikan dan menyebarluaskan kebijakan Kamtibmas, 2) tidak memiliki sumber daya yang cukup untuk mendukung pelaksanaan kebijakan, dan 3) pelaksana tidak membuat komitmen serius untuk melaksanakan kebijakan. 4) Penyelenggara tidak memahami dengan baik kebijakan Forum Kamtibmas. Penentu bagaimana kebijakan Kamtibmas dilaksanakan adalah: 1) pemerintah desa dan Bhabinkamtibmas tidak berkomunikasi dan mensosialisasikan dengan baik tentang kebijakan Kamtibmas, 2) tidak ada sumber daya yang cukup untuk mendukung pelaksanaan kebijakan tersebut, 3) pelaksana tidak melakukan upaya serius untuk melaksanakan kebijakan Kamtibmas di desa Jatibmas, dan 4) penegak tidak memahami dengan baik kebijakan Forum Kamtibmas. Faktor-faktor yang menentukan pelaksanaan kebijakan Kamtibmas meliputi 1) komitmen, 2) sumber daya dan pendanaan, dan 3) komunikasi dan sosialisasi. Pemerintah desa dan Bhabinkamtibmas meningkatkan komunikasi dan sosialisasi terkait kebijakan Kamtibmas. 2) Terdapat sumber daya yang cukup untuk mendukung pelaksanaan kebijakan Kamtibmas. 3) Operator berkomitmen terhadap pelaksanaan kebijakan Kamtibmas dan 4) Implementer memahami kebijakan Forum Kamtibmas dengan tepat
