This research wants to see what the egalitarian leadership style of the Minahasa people is like that is applied at Manado State University, where basically the leaders at UNIMA come from the Minahasa people as an indigenous tribe where UNIMA is located. The research method used is a qualitative research method with observation and interview data collection methods. While the data analysis used from Miles Huberman is in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study explain that leaders are easy to contact and meet, support from the social work environment is very important for leader effectiveness, leader effectiveness must go down directly to the bottom, and leaders provide rewards and punishments directly
The purpose of this study is to reveal students' perceptions regarding the learning materials provided by lecturers as educators whether they have a principle of usefulness in character building which is reflected in the attitudes and behavior of these students and so that these students are able to become part of social life that contributes positively and is beneficial to their environment. the. This study This study aims to determine 1) the ratio of family planning instructors to the number of assisted villages/sub-districts in the implementation of family planning programs in the field in terms of placement through the Minahasa Regency Population Control and Family Planning Office; 2) The process of distributing PLKB through work transfers between those in the Department of Population Control and Family Planning in Minahasa Regency; 3) Fulfillment of facilities in the implementation of work in the field for PLKB through the provision of operational work facilities by the Department of Population Control and Family Planning of Minahasa Regency. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of the research that have been obtained and described are: 1) Policy implementation in the utilization of PLKB in the field in terms of placement through the Department of Population Control and Family Planning in Minahasa Regency seen through the ratio of extension workers to the target area is not fully appropriate, in the sense that the number of PLKB is not proportional to the area of The vast Minahasa Regency. Even though in terms of placement it is in accordance with the tiered procedure from Province to Regency, but there is discomfort from PLKB regarding the workload of the region. 2) Policy implementation in terms of PLKB work mutations in the Regency has generally been running in accordance with the tiered mechanism, but the distribution of PLKB has not been fully implemented, due to the limited number of PLKB so that it is only based on the domicile closest to the area of responsibility of the PLKB in addition to the existence of formation based adjustments 3) The implementation of policies in terms of fulfilling facilities in the implementation of work in the field for PLKB through the provision of operational work facilities by the Department of Population Control and Family Planning in Minahasa Regency has not been fully evenly distributed and in accordance with needs, this is because the procurement of work facilities does not involve program managers and PLKB so that there is an inappropriate target for work facilities
This research aims at how the Village Fund Direct Cash Unity program in the 2019 Corona Dessease Virus pandemic (Covid-19) In Tondegesan Village, Kawangkoan District, this research uses a qualitative approach method, and uses data techniques: observation, interviews and documentation, with data sources are : The Tondegesan Village Government and the Tondegesan Village Community, with the results of the research showing 1). The standards and targets that defined the criteria set did not qualify as BLT-DD recipients. 2) Characteristics of Implementers related to the nature and tendency of implementers in the distribution of BLT-DD to go through various stages carried out through village meetings 3) The communication between the village government and the community is due to the absence of socialization from the village government regarding the BLT-DD program. For request 1) Need to be implemented as much as possible with existing standards and the right target. 2) The village government must be more objective in determining the beneficiary families of BLT-DD according to the established criteria. 3) Communication is needed in creating a harmonious relationship.
