Influence of hyper‐harmonized fullerene water complex on collagen quality and skin function

Abstract: Background: Fullerene water complex establishes the optimal order and function of biomolecules in natural, biophysical way by transducing the signal through water hydrogen bonds to biomolecules. Objectives: This paper considers the effects of the patented hyper-harmonized-hydroxylated fullerene water complex (3HFWC) on biophysical properties of the skin collagen molecules.Method: Optomagnetic imaging spectroscopy (OMIS) has been used for the analysis of the biophysical skin properties (diamagnetic/paramagnetic)… Show more

“…Plantlets exposed to 3HFWC nanosubstance successfully grown during the whole vegetative growth, flowered, and produced fruits. It is evident that the structure of 3HFWC nanosubstance, whose diameter size ranges between 8–12 nm had no toxicity effects on cherry tomato as it has already shown for human cells [ 13 , 48 ]. The bio-distribution of 3HFWC nanosubstance in cherry tomato plants can be visualized as numerous black aggregates (deposits) in bleached plant tissues (xylem and leaves) after prolonged exposure.…”

“…Hydroxylated fullerene (fullerols) showed strong free radical scavenging against reactive oxygen species (ROS) and antioxidative activity, demonstrating their multipotent biological usage [ 10 , 11 ]. Functionalized forms of fullerene have been recognized as powerful antioxidants with applications in chemotherapy, dermatology, neurodegenerative diseases and radiobiology that are very well established [ 12 , 13 , 14 ].…”

“…Optomagnetic Imaging Spectroscopy is a method for the analysis of light‐matter interaction based on spectral convolution 18 . OMIS enables collection and analysis of dermal images using a noninvasive imaging device, which includes a set of light emitting diodes serving as electromagnetic radiation source, and detector for measuring re‐emitted radiation from the location on the skin 6,13,19 . This method determines a moisture level based on the ratio of incident and reflected light, by capturing an image of skin illuminated with incident white diffuse light (W), blue light (B), and angled light.…”

“…Salah satu produk kosmetika yang banyak mengandung turunan babi adalah kolagen [4]. Kolagen dapat ditambahkan pada produk kosmetika baik dalam bentuk krim kolagen ataupun lotion untuk mencegah terjadinya penuaan dini [5][6][7]. Kolagen merupakan protein yang dapat diperoleh dari jaringan ikat atau daging mamalia [8].…”
