Institutional Perceptions of Opportunities and Challenges of REDD+ in the Congo Basin

Abstract: Tropical forests have a central role to play in a new mechanism designed to mitigate climate change, known as REDD+ (Reduced Emissions From Deforestation and Forest Degradation).
