The article discusses the role of sustainable transport systems in competitiveness of Georgian agri-food products. Georgian agri-food products are less competitive on international markets. The country has FTAs with its partners that should make Georgian goods more competitive, at least in terms of price. Transport and logistics is one of the main parts of export, therefore, they have an impact on competitiveness of exported goods. Georgia trades with its neighbour countries, with the EU, China, etc. The EU and China represent huge markets and Georgian government targets to increase export in both directions, but there is a long distance between Georgia and its target markets, therefore it needs a developed transport and logistics system. On the other hand, portions of exported Georgian agri-food products are primary production, which have a shorter lifetime period, that’s why they should be transported in a short period of time, with specific machines. Without development of the transport system it is impossible to achieve sustainable export of agri-food products into Georgia’s target markets. Investments in the system, with tangible strategy and holistic approach can create a sustainable transport system that will increase competitiveness of Georgian agri-food products in international markets.

Creativity and innovation are fascinating issues in the current literature because they play an essential role in organizational sustainability. Although previous studies found that knowledge and creativity are prominent predictors of innovation, the existing literature regarding the connection between these concepts remains insufficient. The present study investigates how individual creativity and an employee's innovation capability are influenced by different types of knowledge (i.e., knowledge network, knowledge quality, and knowledge sharing). Furthermore, it attempts to amplify the grasp of the pathways and conditions to improve innovation capability by assessing the mediating role of an individual's creativity and the moderating role of time sufficiency. The present study promoted structural equation modelling and cross-sectional design to test the hypotheses, utilizing data collection from 414 full-time employees at 69 SMEs in Indonesia. The findings revealed that creativity mediates the effects of knowledge quality and knowledge sharing on employees' innovation capability. Furthermore, the influences of different types of knowledge on creativity and innovation capability are not alike -time sufficiency plays the role of moderating the relationship between knowledge quality and employees' innovation capability. The article analyzes and evaluates the development of renewable energy from the standpoint of state regulation and incentives. It is noted that the global production of renewable electricity has increased by 15% over the last year. The periods of introduction of the "green tariff" as an economic stimulus for the development of solar energy, which became the starting point for the development of alternative generation in different countries, are analyzed. The role of institutional factors in the development of renewable energy, such as the free issuance of licenses for electricity generation, stimulating the creation of specialized research areas, technology development and production of relevant equipment, was observed. The necessity of taking into account the regional peculiarity in the state stimulation of the development of renewable energy is proved. The economic efficiency of the state regulation of alternative energy in time measurement per conditional unit of alternative renewable energy stations was calculated, taking the coefficient of proportionality into account. Therefore, the calculation indicates the high effectiveness of government policy in regulating energy in terms of only short-term lag (α = 1.3) and the number of stations 80 percent of full saturation relative to the basic needs of energy consumption. A separate further stage in the development of renewable energy without the introduction and expansion of the "green tariff" has been identified. This approach was introduced in Poland, which ensured the country not only the inflow of foreign investment, but also the formation of free competition among investors.
