Is IT Industry Productive: A Performance Based Investigation of IT Sector Firms Operating in Pakistan

Abstract: This paper investigates the effect of eleven independent variables as subsets of Employee Orientation, Environment and Organizational System, on the overall performance of the IT sector firms, operating in the area of Islamabad, Pakistan. Variables are investigated by targeting a sample of 15 leading IT sector firms. A total of 225 questionnaires were distributed.
