Abstract: Patchouli oil obtained from patchouli plants (Pogostemon cablin Benth.) has been widely used as an antibacterial agent in liquid and solid soap preparation. In this research, patchouli oil was added to liquid soap formula which use sodium lauryl ether sulphate (SLES) surfactant.
