Abstract: Frauen sind heute hervorragend ausgebildet, ihre Erwerbsquote steigt, aber ihre Karrierechancen haben sich kaum verbessert, da sie ihre Qualifikationen und beruflichen Kompetenzen nicht adäquat ausschöpfen können (Allmendinger et al. 2008; SVK 2011; Wanger 2011).
