Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention dimediasi kepuasan kerja Account officer Bank Syariah di Kota Medan.
