Keterlibatan Kerja Sebagai Pemediasi Pengaruh Kepribadian Proaktif Dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasional Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract: AbstrakPenelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepribadian proaktif dan persepsi dukungan organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan keterlibatan kerja sebagai variabel mediator, menggunakan data 200 karyawan.
