L'efficacité des pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines : le cas de la gestion des professionnels syndiqués au Québec

Abstract: La mesure de l'efficacité des pratiques de gestion est une préoccupation forte de la « nouvelle » gestion des ressources humaines (GRH).
