The objective of this article is to make an inventory of the means of financing of Social Solidarity Economy (SSE) actors by questioning the particular role of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approaches of Moroccan banks in the financing of this sector. To provide answers to these questions, we have listed, by using a qualitative analysis, mainly documentary components of the CSR approach of seven Moroccan banks, based on data available in their latest CSR reports and information made public on their institutional websites. The main contribution of this article is to offer a first support of reflection on the willingness of the banking sector to support SSE through the CSR approach of its actors.

La doctrine du New Public Management (NPM) est souvent considérée comme dominante dans l’évolution du système de santé. Acteur de l’économie sociale et solidaire (ESS) impliqué dans ce secteur, la Mutualité française affirme ses valeurs propres tout en étant confrontée aux arguments du NPM. Comment s’y déroule cette rencontre ? Une analyse longitudinale des discours produits par une union régionale de la Mutualité montre un mouvement croisé de pénétration du NPM et une instrumentalisation de l’ESS.

Résumé Cet article traite de la problématique des dynamiques entrepreneuriales contemporaines de l’économie sociale et solidaire, à partir d’une analyse des micro-projets innovants financés dans le cadre du programme de la mesure 10B, du FSE (Fonds Social Européen). Pour étudier des processus d’émergence et de développement de ces projets entrepreneuriaux, cette recherche a privilégié une lecture théorique de dépassement du dualisme acteur /système basée sur l’approche par les logiques d’action, Résultant d’une collaboration interdisciplinaire, ce travail nous permet d’apporter de nouveaux éclairages sur l’émergence entrepreneuriale et l‘innovation sociale contemporaine.
