Lipoma of the corpus callosum: diagnosis by ultrasound and magnetic resonance

Abstract: A lipoma of the corpus callosum in an infant is evaluated by ultrasound and magnetic resonance. The appearances are correlated as a diffuse but continuous aspect of this midline anomaly.
