Latar belakang: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular akibat virus SARS-CoV-2 yang menjadi permasalahan global dengan morbiditas dan mortalitas tinggi untuk derajat sedang dan berat/kritis. Tujuan: untuk membantu penyembuhan pasien COVID-19 di Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. Metode: Pemberian terapi plasma konvalesen menggunakan studi analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional yang dilakukan pengolahan data melalui Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) dengan analisis univariat. Hasil: Pasien yang mendapatkan terapi menggunakan plasma konvalesen sebanyak 36 orang. Subyek berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 21 orang (58,3%) dan perempuan sebanyak 15 orang (41,7%). Pasien sembuh sebanyak 23 orang (63,9%) dan pasien yang meninggal sebanyak 13 orang (36,1%). Kesimpulan: Pendampingan mempercepat proses analisis data dengan menghasilkan informasi pasien COVID-19 yang mendapatkan terapi plasma konvalesen lebih banyak mengalami kesembuhan. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, plasma konvalesen, pendampingan, penyembuhan ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Background: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus which is a global problem with high morbidity and mortality to moderate and severe/critical degrees. Objective: to help cure COVID-19 patients at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. Method: Giving convalescent plasma therapy using an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design that performed data processing through Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) with univariate analysis. Result: There were 36 patients who received convalescent plasma therapy. Subjects were male as many as 21 people (58,3%) and women as many as 15 people (41,7%). 23 patients recovered (63,9%) and 13 died (36,1%). Conclusion: Assistance speeds up the data analysis process by producing information that COVID-19 patients who receive convalescent plasma therapy experience more recovery. The number of positive cases is increasing every day. This shows that the government's communication policy must be a serious concern for handling the Covid-19 pandemic. The chairman of the Covid-19 task force in Indonesia by the Covid-19 handling decision regulation Number 9 of 2021 requires that the Indonesian people must self-isolate if they are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms at home or the shelter provided by the Covid-19 task force unit. local. The role of the Covid-19 task force is very much needed by the community to access needs when they are suspected patients and to provide information to the public. This study reveals the communication narrative used by the Covid-19 task force to patients and survivors in the UPNVY environment. The health communication narrative from the UPNVY Covid-19 task force unit is needed by the UPN Veteran Yogyakarta academic community. This research uses narrative theory with a data collection method using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by interviewing the chairman and deputy chairman of the Covid-19 task force, patients, and survivors who were willing to provide information related to this research. The results of this study indicate that the Covid-19 task force unit communicates or narrates the handling of Covid-19 and convalescent plasma donors with communication strategies that are by needs. The communication narrative carried out by the task force is that the narrative is used as a message maker to convey information on the handling of Covid-19 and information to donate convalescent plasma to survivors.

Recently, a new RNA virus from the Coronaviridae family was discovered, known as SARS-Cov-2. This virus causes pneumonia and inflammation in the body. One of the laboratory tests used to see inflammation in the body is the Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio, or often abbreviated as NLR. NLR is one of the markers of inflammation that can be used simply, efficiently, and reliably because of its high stability and sensitivity. Higher NLR values tend to lead to a severe and poor prognosis, so this test can be done by monitoring patients with confirmed Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The purpose of this study was to determine the neutrophil lymphocyte’s ratio in COVID-19 patients receiving convalescent plasma therapy. This research method is a quantitative observation using a descriptive approach. Quantitative observational research is used to analyze data in the form of numbers from the results of laboratory tests. The results obtained from 17 research subjects, namely the NLR values before convalescent plasma therapy were obtained in as many as 6 patients (35%) with normal NLR values below 3.13 and NLR values are increasing above 3.13 in as many as 11 patients (65%). Meanwhile, after convalescent plasma therapy, there were 8 patients (47%) with normal NLR below 3.13 and NLR values increasing above 3.13 as many as 9 patients (53%). This research concerns about changes in NLR values before and after convalescent plasma therapy, which before convalescent plasma therapy there were 6 patients with normal NLR values and after convalescent plasma therapy increased to 8 patients with normal NLR values which indicate a better good prognosis.
