Mikroelektrophorese an kontinuierlichen Polyacrylamid-Gradienten-gelen, I. Herstellung und Eigenschaften von Gelgradienten in Kapillaren; ihre Anwendung zur Proteinfraktionierung und Molekulargewichtsbestimmung

Abstract: Zusammenfassung: Durch alleinige Ausnutzung der Kapillarattraktion können in Kapillaren mit einem inneren Durchmesser von weniger als l mm kontinuierliche Gelgradienten erzeugt werden. Dafür werden l-, 2-, 5-oder l (^/-Kapillaren zunächst bis zur Hälfte mit einer AmmoniumperoxodisulfatLösung und anschließend mit einer Lösung der restlichen Gelbestandteile gefüllt.
