The goal of this research is to apply risk management model related to the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) by integrating Causal Effects Diagram (CED), Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). The research method consists of three (3) stages. Stage 1) Using CED method to know the correlation between the risks and their causes. Stage 2) Making an assessment by using Analytic Network Process (ANP) with Software Matlab, stage 3) Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) is used to get the model of connectivity in mitigation of occupational accident. From ANP method, it is clear that the dominant potential risk in structural phase is 0,6159 and the highest cause of accident by human factor is 77%, and it is due to the unsafe behavior. ISM method is used to know the mitigation in reducing the occupational accident risks, namely improvement of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management, Each Scaffolding establishment must be inspected by a certified expert, the working methods must obey the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), The risk control should be done in relation to potential cause of occupational accident which can minimize the risk on construction work (zero accident).

Tekanan Panas adalah lingkungan kerja yang bersuhu tinggi dapat membahayakan keselamatan dan kesehatan tenaga kerja sehingga untuk bekerja pada lingkungan dengan keadaan temperatur tinggi. Demikian perlu upaya penyesuaian lingkungan kerja yang berpotensi menimbulkan bahaya. Penilaian risiko adalah pendekatan sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengendalikan bahaya. Diperlukan untuk mengurangi risiko cedera di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Indonesia Makassar. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan pemberian kuisioner. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 responden yang ada di area factory I dan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar pekerja berisiko tinggi mengalami gangguan kesehatan, dengan tingkat risiko tertinggi adalah bahaya dari gangguan fungsi tubuh, dehidrasi, kecelakaan kerja, sesak nafas, dan pendengaran kurang, serta stress kerja. Disarankan kepada pihak perusahaan dapat memberikan teguran atau sangsi kepada tenaga kerja yang tidak menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang tidak lengkap pada saat bekerja.mengetahui pengukuran tekanan panas dan risk assessment K3 pada pekerja di Area factory I PT. Maruki International.

The development of the industry in Indonesia is inseparable from the analysis of the production process and identification of the risk of causing work accidents. In every production process in the chemical industry there are various risks that cause occupational accidents, the biggest cause of accidents comes from human factors. It required a priority assessment of workplace accidents influence on the human factor as the cause of the rising incidence of labor in the production process in the chemical industry with the method of Analytic Network Process (ANP) , of the assessment results using ANP method can be determined to set a risk management strategy causes of accidents. ANP method is done by determining goals, criteria, and sub criteria. In this case the criteria are the production process and the sub criteria are human factors that cause the risk of work accidents. Furthermore, the value of influence between criteria is determined, between criteria and sub criteria and between sub-criteria . The results obtained are the highest limiting values for criteria, namely the final product process and sub-criteria, namely human factors not using PPE . Strategies that can be taken to control risk is by giving reward and punishment, providing HSE training, as well as the management is partially responsible for HSE
