NMR‐untersuchungen an piperidinen—III. <sup>1</sup>H‐messungen an alkylpiperidinen

Perfluor-2-phosphapropen 1 reagiert mit sekundhen Aminen R2NH im Molverh5ltnis 1 : 2 bei Temperaturen zwischen -120 und -40°C quantitativ zu (Trjfluormethy1)phosphaalkenen des Typs F~CP=C(F)NRZ CR = Me (2), Et (3), i-Pr (4); NR2 = Pyrrolidino @) , Piperidin0 (6), 2-Methylpiperidino (7), Niederkoordinierte Phosphorverbindungen rnit dem P = C-NStrukturelement gehoren zu den ersten Beispielen der Substanzklasse mit (C2p-P3p)n-Bindung. Bereits 1964 wiesen Dimroth und Hoffmann fur die Struktur der kationischen Phosphamethincyanine die Beteiligung von mesomeren Grenzstrukturen mit PCDoppelbindung nach. Fiinfzehn Jahre spater berichteten die Arbeitsgruppen Issleib3', Becker4' und Appel" iiber die Synthese isolierbarer, cyclischer und acyclischer Phosphaalkene rnit ein oder zwei Aminosubstituenten am sp2-C-Atorn. Inzwischen liegen erprobte Synthesewege, Strukturuntersuchungen und Kenntnisse iiber die Reaktivitat solcher Verbindungen vor6). So wurde das chemische Verhalten der Derivate RP=C(R')NR; als Funktion der Substituenten R, R', R" systematisch untersucht".Unsere Arbeiten in diesem aktuellen Forschungsgebiet betreffen C-Aminoderivate des Perfluor-2-phosphapropens F3CP=CF2 (l), die ihre Stabilitat z.T. dem sogenannten Perfluor-Effekt verdanken'). Um die Reaktivitat der PCDoppelbindung von 1 zu prufen, haben wir u.a. das Verhalten gegenuber H-aciden Verbindungen untersucht 9, und entdeckt, daB die Umsetzung rnit Dimethyl-oder Diethylamin quantitativ zu dem Phosphaalken F3CP = C(F)NMe2

Abstract-The synthesis of a D/E cis isomer of the title compound is described. In an attempt to obtain the other D/E cis isomer, epimerisation reactions were studied. The configuration and conformation of the isomers are determined on the basis of their 'H NMR spectra. The shift of the 16b proton on N-9 protonation indicates the quinolizidine conformation. At 270 MHz, the ABCD system of the C-I0 and C-11 methylenes can be analysed. The 'J(C-lOH,), together with the multiplicity of H-Sa, allows an unequivocal assignment of a cis-anti-cis structure to the only D/E cis isomer obtained.
