Nonpharmacologic Intervention to Reduce Blood Pressure in Older Patients With Mild Hypertension

Abstract: Our data indicate that a nonpharmacologic intervention will lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in older people with borderline or mild elevations of diastolic blood pressure.
