Abstract: Makro düzeyde her ulusun kültüründen kaynaklanan kendisine özgü ahlak kuralları olması gibi mikro düzeyde de her işletmenin kendi kurumsal geçmişi ve kültüründen kaynaklanan ahlaki değerleri ve standartları olabilmektedir.
