Partial Nephrectomy for Renal Adenocarcinoma in a Solitary Kidney

Abstract: SUMMARY A case of right lower partial nephrectomy for renal adenocarcinoma is described. The left kidney was congenitally absent and the patient was well over two years later. We are indebted to Dr A. MacFarlane and Dr R. C. B. Pugh for their pathological reports, and to Dr R. G. Grainger for the aortogram.
