Menjadi wirausahawan yang sukses adalah impian orang-orang yang ingin mencapai kesuksesan dalam hidupnya secara ekonomi. Keberhasilan wirausaha ini juga menjadi dambaan masyarakat Bina Amanah Cordova Entrepreneurship School. Keinginan untuk menjadi pengusaha sukses bukan hanya tentang bagaimana memulai bisnis tetapi juga tentang bagaimana sukses secara ekonomi dan kehidupan sosial yang lebih baik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat di sekolah tersebut adalah adanya kekhawatiran dan kurangnya keberanian mereka untuk memulai bisnis, serta perlunya pengetahuan untuk pengembangan bisnis dan beberapa di antaranya masih belum mengetahui jenis bisnis apa yang ingin mereka miliki. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) FEB Universitas Trisakti adalah membantu mereka yang membutuhkan dukungan dari universitas berupa pelatihan dan penyuluhan untuk memiliki kompetensi yang baik sebagai wirausahawan yang sukses. Metode pelatihan dan penyuluhan yang disampaikan adalah dengan metode daring, tentang peningkatan kapasitas dan karakteristik wirausahawan sukses. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa para peserta pelatihan menilai materi pelatihan dapat diterapkan dalam usaha mereka, mereka merasa puas, termotivasi dan merasa lebih percaya diri untuk memulai usaha atau mengembangkan usaha yang sudah dijalankan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pemahaman yang baik bagi peserta pelatihan mengenai Aspek Peningkatan Kapasitas Organisasi Bisnis dan Karakteristik Pengusaha Sukses yang akan diterapkan dalam kegiatan wirausaha mereka.

This research is aimed at analyzing the efforts of improving Central Java Quality Assurance Institution's staff. The capacity building does not only focus on creating organizational performance (non-profit/profit) but also government performance. More than that, the capacity building that is carried out should be able to provide an evaluation of the achievement targets that have existed in the past and allow the capacity building to see which sides need to be strengthened, what things must be prioritized and of course in what ways the desired goals can be achieved. Capacity building that is not preceded by a comprehensive study of organizational needs and an assessment of preexisting conditions will generally only limit training. Yet according to the level of need, it must cover all organizational components. Therefore, the Central Java Education Quality Assurance Agency sees the need for an evaluation of the capacity building to control organizational performance accountability through measurement based on changes in performance based on institutional arrangements, leadership, knowledge and organizational accountability which will ultimately have an impact on organizational performance.

Arjowilangun Village is situated in the Kalipare District of the Malang Regency and is a major contributor of migrant workers. In reality, the large number of workers who go abroad causes a wide range of problems, including failed departures, illness while working abroad, layoffs before the end of contracts, deceptive contracts, deportation, visa overstaying, nonpayment, and victimization by crime. In this, there is a growing need to protect the villagers of Arjowilangun through regulatory and other legal means. In numerous unfortunate occurrences, the capacity of many manpower is insufficient to comply with Village Regulations. Our Universitas Airlangga Team of Community Service has conducted training and mentoring as part of our collective effort to enhance the organizational capacity for addressing the needs of the community. Particularly, the UNDP's Capacity Development frameworks guided our community service, including engaging stakeholders on capacity development, assessing capacity assets and needs, developing a capacity development response, putting that response into action, and evaluating capacity development. Our service was attended by 37 individuals, including village officials, members of the village representative body, former migrant workers, migrant workers' families, and community leaders. The community service reveals that the knowledge gained as a result of the capacity building efforts was substantial, allowing village leaders in Arjowilangung and other diverse parties to draft local regulations to protect migrant workers. The service and dedication of those involved in both the mentoring and training programs have a significant impact on this, with the support and additional motivation of the village apparatus ensuring that migrant workers receive the best possible services and safety.
