Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan KFC di Kota Banda Aceh

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan KFC di Kota Banda Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan KFC di Kota Banda Aceh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling.
