Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan KFC di Kota Banda Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan KFC di Kota Banda Aceh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan KFC di Kota Banda Aceh. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,579 menunjukkan bahwa hubungan (korelasi) antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat sebesar 0,625 atau 62,5%, artinya loyalitas pelanggan KFC di Kota Banda Aceh mempunyai hubungan yang sedang dengan variabel kualitas produk (X1) dan kualitas pelayanan (X2). Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,390, artinya setiap perubahan-perubahan dalam variabel loyalitas pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kualitas produk (X1) dan kualitas pelayanan (X2) sebesar 0,390 atau 39% dan sisanya sebesar 61% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar dari penelitian ini misalnya citra merek, kepuasan pelanggan, harga, kepercayaan, lokasi, promosi dan lain-lain.
This study aims to determine the effect of auditor competence, commitment and ethics on the performance of internal auditors at the Aceh Inspectorate Office, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study are auditors who work at the Aceh Inspectorate Office. Total population of 47 people. The sampling method used is the Census because it involves the entire population as research respondents. The samples taken in this study were 47 people. The data used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that auditor competence, commitment and ethics simultaneously influence the performance of internal auditors at the Aceh Inspectorate Office. The correlation coefficient (R) = 0.779 which indicates that the degree of relationship (correlation) between the independent variables and the dependent variable is 77.9%. This means that the performance of internal auditors at the Aceh Inspectorate Office is very closely related to the factors of education, training, years of service and the R2 coefficient value is obtained by a value of 0.580 which means it influences the auditor's performance at the Aceh Inspectorate Office. While the partial results of the study also reveal that auditor competence, commitment and ethics affect the performance of internal auditors at the Aceh Inspectorate Office, this proves that auditor competence, commitment and ethics have an influence on auditor performance at the Aceh Inspectorate Office.
This study was done to examine the effect from the country of origin and knowledge of product on purchase intention and product evaluation as mediating variable (study at electronics product, Maspion at Banda Aceh), the respondents of this study is Banda Aceh's society (purposive sampling). Model analysis in this study is using path analysis. Based on the result of the analysis found that country of origin have an influence on purchase intention, knowledge of product have no influence on purchase intention, country of origin have an influence on product evaluation, knowledge of product have to influence on product evaluation, evaluation product have an influence on purchase intention, the effect from the country of origin to purchase intention mediated by product evaluation, and the knowledge of the product to purchase intention mediated by product evaluation.
This activity aims to provide alumni understanding regarding the importance of mapping graduates as one of the standards for measuring the quality of a university. Socialization activities are carried out using the method of implementing service activities consisting of 3 stages, namely; 1) Observation, 2) Seminar and Training, and 3) Evaluation and Reflection. Socialization activities have an impact on alumni understanding regarding graduate mapping, which is very important to do as one of the standards for measuring the quality of a university. The participants involved did not meet the team's expectations, 100 people were planned but only 43 people participated, this became a reference in increasing understanding efforts for graduates before what every university management must do before students complete higher education.
