Background: in 2021 the global world is still covered by the threat of Covid - 19 whose virus continues to mutate and is increasingly dangerous. Until now, the government is still trying to implement the program until the target is achieved. One of the things that can be tried to help the government's efforts to prevent and anticipate transmission is to provide education to change people's behavior.Objectives: the purpose of this research was to test the effectiveness of Covid-19 education using the online method through the Whatsapp application on the level of public knowledge and compliance in implementing health protocols in Langsa City.Methods: this study used a quasy experimental design, with a control group design, 100 respondents who were collected in public places in Langsa City, were included in two WhatsApp groups, 50 people each for the intervention group and the control group. Data collection using online questionnaires, July - August 2022, comprehensive education using videos and leaflets delivered repeatedly via Whatsapp, taking into account research ethics. Data analysis to test the effectiveness of using the paired sample T test by doing the previous normality and homogeneity tests.Results: the results of the study on the knowledge variable in the intervention group showed significant differences before and after the intervention, p-value 0.000 and t = 9.254. In the control group, there was no significant difference, p-value 0.125 and t -1.562. Variable compliance of respondents implementing health protocols, the group that was given the intervention, there was a significant difference, p-value 0.016 and t -2.488. In the control group, there was no difference with a p-value of 0.351 and t-0.942.Conclusion: online education through video media and leaflets given to the intervention group was effective in increasing respondents' knowledge, so that there was a significant difference in knowledge before and after providing education. Increased knowledge also increases respondents' compliance with health protocols

This study aims to determine whether online learning, Educational Technology carried out by lecturers at STIE can increase student interest in learning about effective subjects. The population in this study were accounting students at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Semarang, 126 Students, and 40 samples were obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that online learning has no significant effect on learning interest. Meanwhile, education technology has a significant effect on interest in learning. The value of the determinant coefficient obtained is 0.336, meaning that 33.6% of learning interest is influenced by online learning and educational technology. For future research, it is recommended to add other independent variables such as online learning methods, information technology and online learning media to complement this research further because there are other independent variables outside of this study that might affect interest in learning. Students are expected to maintain good learning. Hopefully, educational technology can be improved because these variables are the most influential and significant on learning interest.

Since March 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in line with Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka, higher education institutions have conducted distance learning in asynchronous and synchronous modes, such as video meetings using Microsoft Teams and provide e-learning. In order to reach the goals and strategies of the higher education institutions, universities implement several control objectives within the COBIT 5 framework, so they can use and manage resources efficiently, provide the best education for students. This study aims to analyze the acceptance level of the COBIT implementation in higher education institutions by using the UTAUT model in E-Learning management, the use of Microsoft Teams and distance learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal explanatory research design. Dissemination of the survey was conducted by simple random sampling at 6 (six) universities in Batam City. This study reveals that E-Learning management, the use of Microsoft Teams, and the application of distance learning together have a significant influence on the implementation of COBIT with an acceptance index of 85.5%, which refers to the satisfying category.
