Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Nganjuk

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero). In this study, the population is all employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Nganjuk Branch totaling 32 employees with sampling using saturated sampling techniques.
