Breastfeeding in the Islamic religion is a very importing. In the Qur'an mentioned, the period of breastfeeding in the teachings of Islam is two years. Word of Allah, Mothers shall suckle their children for two full years, that is for those who want perfect breastfeeding, (Surah al-Baqarah: 233). It is confirms that be a mother there is obligations for give intake best be breastfeeding for fruit his heart in range time particular. However thereby still many mothers who have difficulty. Breastfeeding her baby. Not only breast milk, breastfeeding food also need attention in the fulfillment of nutrition for growing children. Toddlers with less nutritional problems can cause disease, high risk of death compared to healthy children. One of the causes of low nutrient low in infants is the lack of knowledge of balanced nutrition held by mothers. Therefore, efforts to improve nutrition of one toddler with nutrition health education for mother under five. Activities have been carried out training exclusive breastfeeding and solids which meet the criteria of balanced nutrition at one of the community learning centers in Bandung. It can be seen from the activities that assisted Society more conscious will Importance breastfeeding difference formula with breast milk so if community assisted more priority to give milk to their babies. The community considers that the implementation of counseling is going well and according to their expectations, interesting and not saturated to be heard. Presenters was able to master and can explain in great detail extension materials and can answer all the questions raised by the participants.

Breastfeeding is the best investment for survival and improving the health, social, economic development of individuals and nations. Post partum breast care is breast care for mothers after giving birth as early as possible. The benefits of post partum breast care include launching the milk expulsion reflex or let down reflex, effective ways to increase the volume of expressed breast milk, and preventing dams in the breasts/swollen breasts. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Breastcare in breastfeeding mothers on milk production.This type of research is quantitative with a quacy experimental research design with a two group pretest-posttest design where this design measures the amount of breast milk that is massaged with those who are not massaged (pretest) and reassessed after the massage (pretest). This research will be conducted in the Work Area of the Rumbai Health Center. The time of the study was carried out from February to June 2022. . the sample group to be taken is 11 people with a total of 22 people. The study was conducted for 7 days by giving breastcare for 7 times and then the milk production was seen on the 8th day. The results of data analysis using independent t test in table 6 above show that the average milk production in the postpartum breast care group is smoother than the group without postpartum breast care, namely 6.84 > 3.72 and the thit value > ttab (16.47 > 1.691) or the value of : 0.000 <0.05, which means that Postpartum Breastcare is effective in increasing breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers. Breastcare can be used as a recommendation as an addition to routine care for postpartum and breastfeeding mothers to help succeed in exclusive breastfeeding.

Pemberian ASI eksklusif merupakan salah satu program yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah untuk mengurangi kematian bayi. Cakupan ASI Ekslusif di NTB mencapai angka 82 % berarti masih ada sekitar 18 % yang belum ASI ekslusif, banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI diantaranya adalah masalah produksi ASI yang tidak lancar, sehingga perlunya pemberian terapi yang tepat dalam mengatasi masalah produksi ASI. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pretest postets design .Penelitian ini jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 responden yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh dari pijat marmet terhadap produksi ASI ibu menyusui di Kecamatan Sikur Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, dapat diperoleh nilai rata-rata produksi ASI sebelum intervensi sebanyak 603,41 dan mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikan intervensi dengan pijat marmet menjadi 766,11. Nilai rata-rata tingkat produksi ASI menunjukan adanya peningkatan jumlah produksi ASI setelah diberikan terapi pijat marmet sebesar 162,70 dengan p value 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian terapi pijat marmet terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI ibu di Kecamatan Sikur Kabupaten Lombok Timur
