The purpose of this study is to find, study and further explore scientifically and theoretically, about the importance of the position and role of needs analysis, in order to maximize the process of guidance and counseling services in schools. Through this research, it will be explained scientifically about the reasons for the importance of needs analysis for the formulation of bk services in schools. It is hoped that later from this research a basic paradigm of thinking will emerge related to the urgency of analyzing the needs for bk services. This research is a literature study which is a study carried out through the collection of information and data on various sources derived from libraries, which is inseparable from the problem to be solved. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed by the content analysis method. Needs analysis plays a role in planning programs in the long term, short term and certain programs, as well as laying the foundation for the formulation of counseling service programs that will be carried out. The implementation of the needs analysis for students can be the basis for the formulation of guidance and counseling programs in schools, by conducting a needs analysis of students, teachers can formulate various guidance and counseling service programs appropriately. <p>The Merdeka Curriculum adds significant changes to the field of education. After the Information and Communication Technology subject in the 2013 curriculum changed to ICT Guidance in the independent curriculum, the Information and Communication Technology subject appeared under the name Informatics. Informatics still needs to be discovered, especially for grade 7 students who have just entered junior high school. Based on observations made when the teacher gave material about Informatics, students needed to be more focused and active in learning. The teacher has yet to involve students in their learning so that students do not concentrate on learning. However, distractions arise, such as students talking to their friends, not concentrating on learning and often being allowed to leave class. So that efforts are needed so that students concentrate when learning takes place. Students are expected to be actively involved in learning activities by concentrating on learning.</p><p>For this reason, researchers used a problem-based learning model using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. This study aims to evaluate whether the application of the Problem-Based Learning method can overcome concentration difficulties while learning in grade seventh of students of a junior high school at Blora, Central Java. This research is classroom action research with research subjects consisting of 28 class VII students consisting of 13 male students and 14 female students.</p>

Career Guidance Service Program is a solution to help students to make career choices in order to become a professional in the future. However, it turns out that the current conditions and the reality on the ground are not as they should be. This study aims to evaluate how Reaction, Learning, Behavior and Result in the Career Guidance service program at SMK Negeri 3 Pariaman. This type of research uses evaluation research using the Kirkpatrick model which involves four components, namely the Reaction, Learning, Behavior and Result components. The method used in this research is a mixed method. Quantitative data were first collected using a questionnaire, then supplemented by qualitative data collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The overall results obtained from the evaluation research on the career guidance service program at SMK Negeri 3 Pariaman are good, overall all programs are running well, of course with a slight increase in the reaction and behavior components
