Inventory control needs to be done to meet customer demand but also consider the costs that can be incurred. Inventory needs to be managed properly to minimize the inventory costs incurred. PT XYZ is a company engaged in the supply and distribution of gas. This study aims to compare the inventory control of oxygen gas products for filling 1 m 3 cylinders with the Least Unit Cost, Least Total Cost, and Silver Meal methods. Comparison of inventory policies is carried out by considering the total cost of inventory to obtain the method that gives the smallest total inventory cost. Based on the results of data processing and analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained that the inventory policy using the Silver Meal method provides the smallest total inventory cost compared to the other two methods, namely Least Unit Cost (LUC) and Least Total Cost (LTC). The total cost generated by using the Silver Meal method is Rp. 145,560. As for the frequency of orders generated by the Silver Meal method, namely twice for twelve months.
