Pilotażowe badania pozostałości pestycydów w wybranych świeżych ziołach i warzywach przyprawowych zakupionych w krajowych supermarketach

Abstract: Obserwuje się wzrost zainteresowania konsumentów doprawianiem potraw świeżymi ziołami, spożywanymi nie tylko ze względów smakowych, ale również z uwagi na ich walory prozdrowotne.
