Pollution Analysis of New Synthetic Biodegradable Fluid During Durab Ility Test of Hydrostatic Pump

Abstract: This paper deals with the pollution evaluation of a biodegradable fluid, which was used as a working medium during the laboratory durability test of a hydrostatic pump. There was used a new synthetic biodegradable fluid MOL Farm UTTO Synt., developed and produced by MOL Group, Hungary. The fluid should have been practically used as a universal, common gear-hydraulic filling in agricultural machines. During the test, the pollution of used fluid was evaluated on the basis of cleanliness code, filtration of solid… Show more

“…Linear function was fitted to the measured values of individual oil samples. The R2 determinant coefficient reached a value of up to 0.97 and thus can be stated that function type was selected appropriately (Kučera and Rousek, 2008;Kumbár et al, 2012;Tulík et al, 2014). Density and dynamic viscosity were measured in tested samples in order to determine the kinematic viscosity.…”

“…In the case of the use of new working fluids in hydraulic circuits, it is important to have an overview of chemical and ecological properties of the fluids, as many materials used in hydraulic circuit elements are affected by working fluids, which affects the technical life of individual hydraulic circuit elements, resp. their components [3]. Machinery and equipment used in agriculture, according to [4] require continuous improvement in operating life and reliability.…”

“…Every increase in ISO code represents a doubling of the quantity of particles in that size range. ISO codes for particles >4 μm, >6 μm, and >14 μm are listed according to the ISO 4406:1999 standard (Kumbár and Dostál, 2013;Ng et al, 2017;Tulík et al, 2014). The goal of this paper is to outline the possibilities of how to improve the image analysis of particles that are extracted from transmission oils located in the transmission system of a universal tractor with the help of automatic evaluation of wear particles by using modern methods of artificial intelligence.…”
