Psychological empowerment and individual performance: the mediating effect of intrapreneurial behaviour

Abstract: PurposeThe purpose of this study is to extend the existing literature on the relationship between psychological empowerment and individual performance (IP) through the mediating role of intrapreneurial behaviour (IB).
