The article considers the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of professional and ethical culture of students in medical specialties. The medical humanities have an important role to play in the humanization of medical education and practice. The authors believe that humanitarian training of medical students should occupy a sufficient place in their educational process; literature in particular can contribute to the formation of a humane specialist. The role of literature is to develop medical students’ abilities to listen, interpret, and communicate. Besides, literary works stimulate students’ sensitive appreciation of the ethical dimensions of medical practice and their critical thinking skills. These abilities and skills are of significant importance for the patient care quality. The elective course «Medicine in Literature» integrated into the medical education at Lobachevsky University is aimed at fostering necessary in the profession humanistic qualities such as mercy, responsiveness, sympathy, empathy. Conducted questionnaire survey among the medical students at Lobachevsky University proved the necessity of developing of professionally significant humanistic personality qualities through the study of literature.

Introduction. At the present stage of the development of pedagogical science in the theory and methods of vocational education, the issues of studying the characteristics of the pedagogical process for preparing a modern lawyer remain unresolved, in psychological and pedagogical works there is no unambiguous idea of the nature and structure of the readiness of future lawyers for law-making activities, organizational and methodological issues. Problems of pedagogical stimulation of the formation of readiness of future lawyers for law-making activity are not comprehensively covered.Materials and Methods. The methodological basis of the study are: the activity approach (B.G. Ananyev, V.N. Batishchev, L.S. Vygotsky, A.N. Leontiev, S.L. Rubinstein, A.V. Petrovsky, N.V. Kuzmina, A.M. Novikov, M.S. Kagan and others); A complex approach (A.A. Verbitsky, E.G. Skibitsky); systems approach (I.V. Blauberg, P.C. Anokhin, V.N. Sadovsky, A.I. Uemov, B.G. Yudin, A.M. Novikov, N.V. Kuzmina, A.N. Leontiev, B.F. Lomov, S.L. Rubinstein and others); sign-contextual approach (A.A. Verbitsky, E.A. Sorokoumova, I.A. Zimnyaya, etc.); axiological (value) approach (O.G. Drobnitsky, M.S. Kagan, L.V. Nikandrov et al.).To achieve the goal of research and solve the problems identified in the work, a set of complementary, interconnected and non-contradictory methods of scientific research: have been used a) general scientific methods; b) psychological and pedagogical methods c) practical empirical methods.Results. Pedagogical stimulation is understood as a purposeful, emotional and intellectual subjective process of inducing and activating the potential of students, using methods and means of external psychological and pedagogical influence aimed at achieving the planned result and increasing the efficiency of stimulated law-making activities. Consultation and a training module can be the means of pedagogical stimulation of the formation of the future lawyer’s readiness for law-making activity. The characteristics of the stages of the work and the results obtained are also widely represented.

Due to the growing concerns related to the psychological well-being of students and teachers during a long and intensive online training, it becomes necessary for teachers, psychologists, practitioners to take measures to prevent threats to online communication and identify personal resources of psychological security in the online environment.The purpose of the study was to identify the communicative difficulties of long-term online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the personal resources of students and teachers that contribute to ensuring their psychological safety.The study was conducted in February-March 2022. The study sample included 132 students and 40 teachers of the Faculty of Psychology of the Russian State Social University (Moscow). The following techniques were used: “The test of hardiness” (S. Muddy, in the Russian-language adaptation of E.N. Osin, E.I. Rasskazova), “The scale of subjective well-being” (A. Perrudet-Badoux, G.A. Mendelssohn, J. Chiche, in the Russian-language adaptation of M.V. Sokolova), “Methodology for assessing the level of sociability” (V.F. Ryakhovsky), questionnaires “Difficulties of online communication” for students and teachers. The empirical data obtained were interpreted and processed using qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis, including: descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, Spearman correlation analysis. The study showed that during the long-term distance learning, students and teachers experienced significant difficulties in online educational communication, had low levels of subjective well-being, resilience and sociability. These personal qualities are systemic in nature, interrelated and can act as resources to ensure the psychological safety of subjects of education, prevention or coping with difficulties of online communication and hybrid forms of learning.The data obtained make it necessary for teachers to create psychodidactic conditions for a safe online educational environment in which students will be involved as subjects of education, will be able to freely share their opinions and not be afraid to make a mistake, will feel belonging to a group and protected from verbal aggression.
