There are pharmaceutical standards that are used as guidelines for pharmaceutical personnel to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services. One of the evaluative methods in assessing the quality of pharmaceutical services is looking at patient satisfaction. This is assessed based on patient feelings that arise as a result of the health services obtained, which are then compared with their expectations. The purpose of this study was to assess patients’ level of satisfaction as an evaluation measure of the performance of pharmaceutical services. 100 patients of the public healthcare center in Singosari, Malang were recruited through non-probability sampling and data were collected through a questionnaire about the satisfaction of pharmaceutical services. The study was conducted in July 2021. There were five dimensions used to measure the level of satisfaction: tangibles (direct evidence), reliability, responsiveness, assurance (guarantee), and empathy, and the pharmaceutical services were examined from several implemented procedures. Consumer satisfaction in the five dimensions ranged from satisfied to less satisfied. The reliability dimension obtained the lowest score of -0.59.

Background: Pharmacological therapy to reduce serum uric acid levels in gouty arthritis and hyperuricemia patients is essential to prevent gout flare and other hyperuricemia-related morbidities. However, only about 50% of gout arthritis patients adhered to their treatment. Knowing the factors influencing adherence to therapy can be used as a reference for health services to improve adherence.Objective: This study aimed to analyze the factors that influenced the patient's adherence to gouty arthritis and hyperuricemia pharmacological therapy.Methods: This was an observational study with a cross-sectional approach. Subjects were the patients in Wuryantoro Community Health Center, Wonogiri Regency, diagnosed with gouty arthritis or hyperuricemia due to a disorder in purine metabolism. Sampling was done by a consecutive sampling method. Questionnaires with the related medical record were used to collect the necessary data. Research variables were knowledge, attitudes and behavior, gender, age, occupation, insurance, distance from residence to health care facilities, and adherence to therapy which was in binary.Results: Sixty-one percent from a total of 41 respondents were found to be non-adherence to pharmacological therapy. Knowledge, attitudes, and behavior towards therapy, educational level, availability of health insurance, and distance to health facilities were significantly correlated to treatment adherence (p < 0.05). Sex, age, and occupation were not correlated to adherence.Conclusion: Factors influencing adherence were knowledge, attitudes and behavior, academic background, insurance, and the distance from residence to health care facilities.

COVID-19 is a disease caused by SARS-CoV-2, as of March 24, 2022 in Indonesia, a total of 5,986,830 confirmed positive patients and 3,266 people came from East Java. Knowledge and actions from the public regarding PHBS are able to reduce the number of COVID-19 cases so that it will accelerate the end of a pandemic. Knowledge is the forerunner of behavior which is the main reason or motivation for a person to behave. This service was carried out on 27 July – 09 September 2020 through an educative approach in the form of exposure to COVID-19 transmission material, good hand washing, proper use of masks and other Clean and Healthy Lifestyles (PHBS). Questionnaires were used to measure students' knowledge. It is known that there was an increase in the average score from the pretest of 8.63 to 8.93, which means that there was an increase in students' knowledge in Rumah Belajar Kakek Aboe after being given education
