This paper talks about the roles of supervisors and principals of madrasah. The teachers as educators and mentors have an important influence in the world of education. The continuity of a good education cannot be separated from educational components such as professional administrator teachers, the control of supervisors, and school principals. The teacher competencies are pedagogic, personality, social, and professional competencies. The existences of supervisors are to providing guidance, coaching, and evaluation in all learning education units. It is an effort to improving the quality of the institution. Therefore, the principal as the highest leader in educational institutions automatically has responsibility for all that happens. In developing educational institutions, the principal has several important roles, namely, as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator

This study aimed to find out a depiction of PAI learning model at SMKN of Lubuk Ubar in Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu. This study used a qualitative approach, and the data sources were PAI teacher, class teacher, and school principal. This study used observation and interview techniques to gather data as regards objectives of this study. After the data were collected, the next step was to analyze the data using the approach of Miles et al comprised of selecting and mapping data, presenting data, and verifying conclusions. This study drew the following conclusion: the learning model applied by PAI teachers was first an active and cooperative learning model. It referred to a learning model that led students to be active and creative, not just listening, but also carrying out activities such as processing, finding, and utilizing information. Second, the contextual learning model, this model helped educators link between the materials taught and real-world situations experienced by students, so that students could find a relationship between the knowledge they had and its application in their lives as family and community members.

This study aims to examine the policies of the Bogor Regency Government in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in schools. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with an empirical approach. The object of this research is the policies in Bogor Regency, and the research instrument is a human instrument. This study uses document data collection techniques and interviews. The analytical method used is the policy analysis method. The result showed that the policies of the Bogor Regency Government in improving the quality of PAI were contained in the Bogor Regency Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2019 concerning the Bogor Regency Regional Medium Term Development Plan for 2018-2023. There are three policies, they are the Bogor Ngaos policy, adding four (4) hours of PAI subjects, increasing the welfare of educators and education personnel through giving allowances for honorary PAI teachers, and the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) by using the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of Bogor Regency. These policies have a positive impact and strengthen the students' character, which finally will improve the quality of PAI in Bogor Regency.
