Abstrak: Kasus pernikahan usia dini di Kelurahan Pilolodaa cukup tinggi yaitu 9 kasus (25.71%) pada tahun 2021 hingga Juni 2022. Tingkat pengetahuan remaja terkait dampak pernikahan usia dini dan keterampilan mendeteksi masalah remaja masih rendah. Demikian pula pada kader posyandu remaja dan karang taruna sebagai mitra pendukung. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja, kader posyandu dan anggota karang taruna terkait dampak pernikahan usia dini serta peningkatan keterampilan dalam mendeteksi masalah kesehatan remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, demonstrasi dan praktik pemeriksaan payudara sendiri serta deteksi dini anemia. Mitra sasaran remaja sebanyak 30 orang dan mitra pendukung masing-maisng 3 orang. Berdasarkan analisis hasil kuesioner pre dan post, semua remaja mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan (100%) dan untuk sikap serta peningkatan keterampilan remaja maupun mitra dalam mendeteksi masalah kesehatan remaja yang dinilai dengan lembar cheklist juga hasilnya terdapat peningkatan (100%) serta terbentuknya komunitas REP2HEL yang telah dikukuhkan oleh Lurah Kelurahan Pilolodaa.Abstract: Cases of early marriage in Pilolodaa Village are quite high, namely 9 cases (25.71%) from 2021 to June 2022. Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire before and after, all teenagers experienced an increase in knowledge (100%) and attitudes and increased skills of teenagers and partners in detecting teenage health problems as assessed using a checklist sheet. The results also showed an increase (100%) and the formation of a REP2HEL community, which has been achieved. confirmed by the head of Pilolodaa Village.
