Senyawa Steroid Spons Xestospongia sp. dari Perairan Sulawesi Tenggara

Abstract: Telah dilakukan isolasi dan identifikasi senyawa kimia spons Xestospongia sp. dari perairan Sulawesi Tenggara serta uji aktivitasnya sebagai antibakteri. Ekstrak spons diperoleh dengan teknik maserasi menggunakan pelarut metanol. Pemisahan senyawa kimia dari ekstrak tersebut dilakukan dengan teknik kromatografi kolom vakum (KCV), kromatografi radial (KR), dan kromatografi lapis tipis (KLT).
