SIFAT FISIKO-KIMIA DAN MUTU ORGANOLEPTIK BAKSO BROILER DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN TEPUNG UBI JALAR (Ipomoea batatas L)

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  efek berbagai prosentase tepung ubi jalar terhadap sifat fisiko-kimia dan mutu organoleptik bakso broiler. Variabel yang diamati adalah sifat fisik dan Sifat Organoleptik bakso.
