SOSIALIASI SKRINING FITOKIMIA EKSTRAK ETANOL UMBI BAWANG MERAH (Allium cepa L.)

Abstract: Bawang merah (Allium cepa L) banyak mengandung senyawa aktif yang memiliki efek farmakologi. Etanol adalah pelarut yang mempunyai universal serta memiliki sifat netral, absorbsi baik, tidak beracun dan stabil sehingga dapat digunakan untuk ekstraksi umbi bawang merah. Skrining fitokimia dilakukan untuk mengetahui golongan senyawa yang terkandung dalam ekstrak umbi bawang merah.
