Systematic improvement in service quality through TRIZ methodology: An exploratory study

Abstract: Recently, TRIZ, a Russian acronym that means 'Theory of Inventive Problem Solving', developed by Genrich Altshuller, has been recognized as a widely popular subject concerning innovation in the technological field.
